Conference on management of the environmental resources
In the framework of the preparation for the videoconference on the topic of “Environment & clean energy”, according to the scientific plan of 2009, Prof. Dr. Nebal El Tanbouly, Consul, Cultural & Educational Affairs, Montréal - Canada attended on 11May 2009, a conference on the management of the environmental resources on the topic of “ Le nom du Québec sur la carte du monde” which was organized by Le Conseil des Relations Internationales de Montréal (CORIM) with the participation of Ms. Line Beauchamp, Minister of the Environment & Sustainable Development, Government of Québec.
Ms. Beauchamp concluded the strategy of the Government of Québec in the environmental protection and the sustainable development in three aspects:
1. The activation of the protocol of Kyoto to reduce the emission of carbonic gazes to control climatic changes.
2. Adopting a law project to protect the natural resources of water from pollution.
3. The preservation of biodiversity.
